I find joy and grounding in exploring natural movement, barefoot walking and journaling as an outlet for creative expression.
What drives me is a genuine curiosity about life—discovering more of our true nature, humanness and a life in flow (where we are more in a state of agility, vitality and full body presence).
My work is influenced by over two decades of personal exploration across diverse cultures and ways of life:
🌍🌏 From Sweden and Morocco, to South-East Asia and Australia (and now back to Sweden).
🌆 🌱 From fast-paced city life and +12 year career in tech, to slower countryside living.
🤯 🍃 From pushing too hard and being too much in my mind, to opening up to body’s wisdom, exploring its innate intelligence and our natural rhythms.
I’m now back in city life once again, with one foot in the new and one foot in the old, asking the questions.
