Initial Curiosity

A Curiosity call and questionnaire to fill out before we start coaching to bring initial awareness, clarity and insights.

Coaching Journey

6 coaching sessions, every second week, consisting of:

  • 1 x 90 minutes initial goal setting session
  • 4 x 60 minute coaching session
  • 1 x 75 minutes final completion session
  • Grounding and mindfulness practices weaved into the sessions

Body Wisdom Foundations

5 TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) sessions, every second week, consisting of:

  • 1 x 90 minute introduction session, including theory, practice and Q&A
  •  5 x 60 minute session
  • TRE® booklet with exercises included

Integration Support

Email support and supportive tools to use in between sessions, including a personalised self-reflection questionnaire and TRE® journal.

Your investment: Three monthly payments of €400 or one-off payment of €1200 for the whole coaching package.
