Hey there, fellow explorer!
I'm Laila.

Move with Agility is about moving freely and intentionally—in ways that truly matter to us uniquely—while cultivating vitality, resilience, and space for sustainable growth.

Driven by a deep curiosity about life, my work is rooted in over two decades of personal exploration across diverse cultures and ways of life.

🌍 From Sweden and Morocco to South-East Asia and Australia—and now back to Sweden.
🌆 From the fast-paced city life and a +12-year career in tech, to slower countryside living.
🤯 From pushing too hard and being overly mind-driven, to embracing the wisdom of the body, its innate intelligence, and natural rhythms.

Now, back in city life with one foot in the new and one in the old, I find myself asking:

What does it take for each of us to live and move more naturally and intentionally?

Join me on this adventure!

In my work, I draw inspiration from the diverse worlds I've moved through and the personal practices that support my growth—natural movement, barefoot walking, martial arts, journaling, and more.

Check out my substack and socials at the bottom of the page for more on this!

These practices, combined with my experience as a certified life coach, agile coach and TRE® provider enable me to guide others on their unique journeys—helping reconnect with the body, release tension, and create spaciousness within for lasting change.
